Mtalaam Khajji asked me to send him 50 USD for postage in advance, then he will send my parcel. I sent him the money on 3-3-2003, but I got nothing until now. I sent him several mails, but he told me that he spent the money I sent him and don't have money to send the parcel. He even asked me to send him the postage again!
